Part of producing superior footwear and athletic apparel is manufacturing it to fit all widths and sizes, because a better fit produces better performance.

New Balance Shoes has maintained five manufacturing facilities in New England where New Balance Shoes continues to rely on the skills and teamwork of our American workforce to produce a percentage of their athletic footwear. New Balance Shoes makes multiple styles of shoes. They have running shoes, walking shoes, wellness/toning shoes, training shoes, outdoor shoes, lacrosse shoes, baseball shoes, yoga shoes, and tennis/court shoes.

New Balance makes their shoes in multiple sizes and widths for women and men. For women New Balance offers their shoes in sizes 5-13, and widths: extra narrow, narrow, medium, wide, extra wide, and extra extra wide. For men New Balance offers their shoes in sizes 7-16 and widths: 4A, 2A, B, D, 2E, 4E, and 6E. New Balance looks at fit from every angle. New Balance Shoes focuses on shoes from outsole to midsole, heel to toe box, upper laces and everything in between. It counts in the design. New Balance calls it Total Fit.
