Comfort WIDE Shoes Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Unworn shoes may be returned in their original box for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.
How you paid is how you’re refunded.

Shoes that have been worn are not returnable. However, we are certainly committed to helping you if you do encounter a problem. For example, we have all the equipment to stretch shoes, etc., and would be happy to adjust the shoes to make it more comfortable for you--at no charge.

If you have a special situation in which you need longer than 10 days, let us know at the time of purchase and if its within reason, we can modify this for you. It will be notated on your receipt.

Home Trial:

You’re welcome to try your shoes at home, on carpet, to ensure they fit you properly. Our recommendation is to wear the shoes for no more that 30-45 minutes. Within that time you’ll know if they are satisfactory. This limited wear will ensure the shoes are in returnable condition. Prolonged wear, even if on carpet, will give the shoes a worn appearance, and the shoes will not be returnable, even if returned within the 10 day period.
